Local Regulation
The regional champion in accuracy paragliding spot landing will be established in senior, female and junior (ages between 16 to 21 years) categories at the paragliding accuracy competition held.
The general goal of the competition is to strengthen partnering relations with pilots from neighboring countries.
Two separate score sheets will be made: one for all participating competitors, and one for pilots from Harghita County to establish the County Champion by the end of 2010.

The competition entry fee will be paid at confirmation of entry on the first competition day.

The main regulation is Section 7 of the FAI Sporting Code.

Local rules:
Turbulencia Cup is open to paraglider pilots from Romania and abroad holding FAI sporting license.
Competitors in the female and junior categories will also score in the senior category.
Take-off
The take-off order of competitors and the take-off location will be specified at the briefing.
Re-launch is only allowed if the pilot had to land due to safety reasons or if the pilot was obstructed by another pilot when approaching the landing place (the last 200 m).
Penalties
Pilots not complying with the rules on take-off location or take-off order will be disqualified from the respective round or from the competition.
Pilots breaching the rules on right of way repeatedly will be disqualified from the competition at the second such occurrence.
Unauthorized exchange of the paraglider between rounds will be penalized with 1000 penalty points.
Take-off without complete flight equipment is prohibited.
Complete equipment includes the following: paraglider, harness with dorsal protection, reserve parachute, helmet and boots.
Protests
Protests concerning the competition will be submitted at the end of the objected round but no later than one hour from the end of the respective round. Protests will submitted together with a protest fee of 10 RON; this amount will be returned if the protest is upheld.
Protests will be submitted only in writing.
Flight equipment
Complete flight equipment must be used including: paraglider, harness, reserve parachute, helmet.
The paraglider must not be changed between rounds except if it is deteriorated and cannot be used any longer.
Weather conditions
In case of winds exceeding 7 m/s the round is suspended.
Awards
Diploma will be awarded to the first three pilots placed in the three categories: senior, junior, female.
Notes
The organizers reserve the right to select competitors.
Pilots who have not entered the competition will not fly during the competition rounds; they can take off before or after the competition rounds. The above rules may be amended by the organizers whenever they deem necessary.
